Hi! I’m Terren Mattox. I’m a multidisciplinary artist & florist who loves harry styles, disco balls, pink skies & finding joy in everyday moments.
Growing up, I practically lived in my mom and grandma’s art gallery in Norman, OK, where my passion for the arts blossomed. From graphic design to abstract painting to floristry, art has always been my sanctuary. I'm a perpetual optimist, finding joy in every little thing, and creating is my ultimate outlet. Inspired by Oklahoma sunsets (particularly pink skies), the music that raised me, and the people around me, I pour my heart into each piece, hoping to spread joy and remind others to celebrate life's everyday moments. My art is a reflection of my belief in loving all people, regardless of differences, and I strive to foster unity and joy through my work. I hope that my work reminds people to be kind, love their neighbors, to keep going and to find joy in their everyday moments.
As a 30 year-old self-taught artist, I specialize in graphic design, abstract art, and thoughtful floral arrangements, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature and the diversity of human experience.
I live by the 3 drink rule- you need one for hydration, one for caffeination and one for fun :) I am fueled by honey or lavender oat milk lattes, shirley temples, vanilla coke-zeros, and the coldest ice water I can get. I believe that funfetti cake is the best, but prefer sour/gummy candy to chocolate + I will alwaysssss take your extra pickles when you don’t want ‘em. I will absolutely plan a trip around a concert, but truly love being home with my husband, two fur babies, Ringo (my dog) and Latch (my cat- who thinks he’s a dog). I enjoy spending time with friends and family, grabbing a seat at shades of brown and binge reading whatever new series I’m obsessed with (currently enthralled by the Sarah J Mass universe!!!!).
